It was a glorious summer week in the heart of Wisconsin as kids arrived to Spencer Lake Bible Camp ready for a few days of fun in the sun. Kathryn traveled from Northern Michigan and first met Chris, a dark haired boy from Wisconsin, amidst camp activities. Though they said their goodbyes and went their separate ways home after the week ended, their summer friendship was just the beginning.

It was perfectly sunny, and perfectly windy; a glorious Saturday morning in the heart of San Francisco. Lot’s of bustling people, laughter and chatter, cars and trolleys, horns and construction equipment filled the spaces around the buildings. To the average tourist, it was a typical day in the city. But to Gina and Chauncey, waking up in their separate rooms looking down onto the noise, this was the first day of their happily ever after.

Gina began getting ready in The Scarlet Huntington hotel, while Chauncey and his men gathered a few minutes away at Hotel Zephyr. The couple tied the knot at Saints Peter and Paul Church, and later said personal vows, ate delicious cake, and danced the night away at Dogpatch WineWorks.

Gina and Chauncey’s wedding day was monumental from start to finish, and it was easy to feel the depth of love their family and friends had as they gathered around for one of the most important days of both their families lives. Congratulations, G & C! We wish you the sweetest of lives together as husband and wife.

There’s never enough time spent with these two… but the few moments we seem to steal with them each year are always savored. This time around was extra special, as Jenna and Joey are expecting a little one to join their sweet family in just a few weeks! We were beyond thrilled to capture photos of them before ‘little one’ makes their official debut; Jenna and Joey chose Montara Beach to have these taken, not (only) for it’s picturesque northern California coastline, but because it holds a special place in their personal and family history.

The spring air was chillier than these images give way of, the ocean wind strong, and the sunset perfectly golden.
